Welcome to Leissa's girls page. I am Leissa, the owner of Leissa's Hair Studio and Day spa.  I have been in business for 23 years. I have been a stylist, instuctor and massage therapist. Our focus at Leissa's is to balance image and lifestyle for our clients. We are all about the experience!  I am married to a beautiful man Robert, of 4 years. I have two children- a daughter ,31 and a son, 19 years of age.  Both are persuing careers in bodywork and customer care.  I am very proud of my family and talented staff!  Some of you are aware that I struggle with severe heath problems but being the driven person I am, I will try to always continue with what I enjoy at the salon when my health permits.   Thanks to all of you who have supported me!   May my blessings be with you!

I have worked at the salon for a little over a year as the front desk receptionist but have been a customer at Leissa's for over 20 years! :-)  I am an "original"!
I LOVE my job and being able to help people look and feel great-what's not to love? I enjoy going to market to buy for our boutique and assisting with display visuals is so much fun! ( Leissa says I'm really good at it) ! :)  I supervise the front desk and always ensure our customer service is something to talk about.   I am happily married to Bob for 18 years.  We have 3 children-Jessie,-31, Dan-27 and Evan-22.   We love to work in our flower garden in the summer, be outside  and just simply enjoy everyday together!  I want to inspire everyone to be happy and live in the moment!  Peace, joy and thanks!   I look forward to meeting you when you arrive at Leissa's.

Hi- my name is Gayla Thatcher.  I have been a part of Leissa's for nine years.  My position is  manicurist/pedicurist in our spa.  I work on  natural nails on the hands and feet.  I also perform detoxifying body wraps and detoxifying ion cleanse pedicures-which is part of helping with a lifestyle change by removing toxins in our bodies.  I am also a part of our customer service for the last 5 years.  I thoroughly enjoy my work  at Leissa's, as well as the great staff I work with.  I love my job because I like to interact with my guests and overall...to make them feel pampered and less stressed when they leave our spa. Be beautiful within your heart!

Hi, I'm Beth and I have been at Leissa's for a year and a half.  I enjoy pedicures, facials, waxing, and of course, anything with hair!  My training is outstanding with trend cut releases and I have furthered myself in skincare education to offer you the best in facial and spa services. Come and see me for great cuts and fresh looking skin! I currently live in Durand and love being a country girl. I have two loving cats that I adore-Macy and Lucy!  For 2009, I look forward to a great year at Leissa's providing all of you the latest in hair, skin and  advice on trends.  I look forward to making you all look beautiful this year.  Hi, I'm Sarah Renee and I've been at Leissa's for four years.  I love my job, my co-workers, and the variety in my days. I specialize in Goldwell color and encourage all my clients to "step out of the box" for a hint of change or even a bold change!  Cosmetics add the perfect ending to any finished service so consult me for your cosmetic forcast this spring. I am married and have two dogs who are my babies and am excited about buying my first home and horse ranch this year. My Name is Sarah Sabelko.  I've been at Leissa's for almost five years and have enjoyed every day I've been here.  I can't imagine working with a better team or serving a better clientel.  I have had the opportunity to work in one of the most excellent salons in the midwest! Leissa provides us with top education to better maintain our skills....in hair cuts ,color and spa services. I enjoy consulting with everyone about CHANGE- subtle or not, I will give honest advice about how we can make you look  and feel better about yourself. I will always pursue a quest for excellence in every service I provide.
I've been married to my wonderful husband for almost a year and we're excited about our first baby coming in January  It's a boy!!! Isaac is 1lb 10oz.- we won't be bringing him home for a while but we are both doing very well! Thanks for all your prayers. Hi!  My name is Barb and I have been a part owner and managing operator at Leissa's fo 20 awesome years. My team works very well together. We are like family-a talented family that is! Our customer service is a priority as well as our salon and spa services. I am a "in salon" Goldwell educator and thrive on being busy as well as assisting my clients with all their needs!  I have been happily married for 15 years with two great kids. I also enjoy the peace and balance I have with my family in our country home.  I am looking forward to many more years as a stylist at Leissa's and look forward to making everyone look and feel good.
