Rise & Shine: Five Weekend Wellness Tips

The next weekend will be here soon and you’ll be able to de-stress from your busy working week. Take a moment to breathe deeply, and recharge your spirit in time to welcome in the beautiful summer months ahead.

    Here are Marc’s 5 Wellness Tips to infuse your weekends with total tranquility, incorporating these Stress-Fix™ products:

    1. Hello Sun! Wake with the rising sun and apply Stress-Fix™ Balancing Concentrate to wrists and temples and perform the sun salutation yoga sequence to greet the day.

    2. Morning Meditation Once you’re stretched, apply more Concentrate to wrists and temples, if needed, and practice alternate nostril breathing for 3 to 5 minutes to meditate. This breath is a calming breath that can calm anxiety and nervousness and helps you focus for the day.

    To do, place your index and middle finger on the point in between the eyebrows (6th chakra). This leaves your thumb and ring finger free to close off either nostril. Close the right nostril, inhale through the left; at the end of the inhale close the left nostril and exhale through the right. Inhale through the right, and at the end of the inhale, switch, close off the right and exhale through the left.  Inhale again through the left and repeat this cycle for 3-5 minutes.

    3. A Relaxing Cleanse Take a shower using new Stress-Fix™ Creme Cleansing Oil. For its full soul-soothing effects, dispense a quarter-size drop into palms, gently rub together and inhale before cleansing the body. Rinse.

    4. The Full Unwind Lightly towel dry, then massage Stress-Fix Composition Oil into arms and legs using circular motions on joints and back and forth motions between joints. Use clockwise circles on the chest and stomach.
